Ordering & Shipping
As our items are predominantly vintage, antique and collectible, they may have small imperfections due to age, therefore, they are sold as-is with a no return policy. Our goal is to clearly and accurately describe and photograph each item, noting damage and wear when applicable. We are happy to answer any questions prior to purchase. The staff of Then & Again is just an e-mail away. It is our goal to provide you with an expereince that will have you returning time and time again.
Our site uses SSL Security which is considered the best available for on-line ordering and payment. Your information is safe and secure and will never be SHARED or SOLD. Should you prefer you can telephone us directly at 615-264-5594 to place your order.
We ship daily via USPS and FedEx Home and you will always receive a shipping notification when your item(s) leave the store. Every package is insured, should yours arrive with obvious damage please notify your carrier immediately, so an insurance claim may be processed. It is also helpful if you notify us as well, so we can help you process the claim.
Currently, items are priced for shipping within the U.S.A. only, should you require international shipping please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quotation.
If you are local and prefer to pick-up your item(s) at our store, located at 235 E. Main Street in Hendersonville, TN, please note this in the special request section of the order form. We will have your item packed and ready for you at your convenience. We have 1000's of items that are not listed on our site, you may want to allow some extra time to have a look around. Our store hours are Tuesday-Saturday 10am to 5:30pm.
