Q: What makes Then & Again a unique experience?

A: At Then & Again we strive to make your shopping and consignment experience as pleasant as possible, we want each of our customers and clients to feel that they are a part of our family. With an everchanging and updated inventory, an un-paralleled consignment split, and the best customer service in the buisness, our customers will want to return again and again. 

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located at 235 E. Main Street Suite P, in the Maple Row/K-mart Shopping Center. Our phone number is 615-264-5594 or, if you prefer, you can also email us at thenandagain2011@hotmail.com

Q: What are your hours?

A: We are open 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tuesday through Friday and Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm. We are not open on Sunday and Monday as these days are generally used to refresh and update the showrooms.

Q: What types of Items are considered for consignment?

A: We welcome your new or barely used furniture, antiques, home decor and accessories. Items must be clean, scent free and in ready to use condition. Item must have a minimum retail value of $10.00.  Acceptance of consignment is subject to current showroom stock.

Q: Who sets the prices of my Items?

A: Item prices are generally set by Then & Again staff, should a consignor have a special pricing request this must be agreed upon at the time of the consignment agreement. Prices will then go through a 120 day consignment period during which items will be reduced on days 31, 61, and 91. All prices are based on current market trends.

Q: What if my items don't sell?

A: Merchandise not sold after 120 days must be removed by consignor.  Merchandise not retrieved within 7 days of contract expiration will become the property of Then & Again and may be donated to a local charity or sold as clearance, as we see fit.

Q: Do you have delivery service or is there always someone available to help unload my consignment items?

A: We will generally try to schedule consignment drop offs when help is available. Making appointments in advance will help in making your drop off go as smoothly as possible. We can schedule for a delivery but a minium charge of $20 an hour is assessed.

Q: How am I paid once my items sell?

A: Consignment payments may be picked up between the 5th-10th of each month for the previous months's sales. Monthly balances of $20.00 or less will be converted to store credit or combined with the following month's payment.
